Association | Purpose

The purpose of the GlenOaks Homeowner's Association is to enhance the value of property ownership and to preserve the quality of life in and around the GlenOaks Community.  Seven Officer/Directors who are elected at the October annual meeting govern the Association.  All Officer/Directors are volunteers who reside within GlenOaks. They make decisions based on majority interests and input from the residents.  If you would like to make constructive suggestions or have concerns, you can click the blue "Owner Login" button and submit a request, or click the "Contact" link from the menu system above.

The Association sees to the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the entrances, traffic islands and common areas. Other services provided are police patrol, snow removal, and street lighting.

The Association also enforces the restrictive covenants and conditions set for in the applicable sections of the Declarations.
