Community Yard Sale - August 1, 2, 3, 8 am -2 pm

You are invited to participate on any, or all of these dates. August 1, 2, 3.

We will post our signs at the neighborhood entrances to attract shoppers.

Community Junk Pick Up

Junk pick up will be Thursday, Aug. 7th. Please remember to place your items out the night before.

Please refer to the guidelines for acceptable and non acceptable items. And just as a reminder, mattresses and/or fabric upholstered furniture must be wrapped in plastic.

Bike to Beat Cancer 2025

The 15 mile riders will be rolling through GlenOaks around 8:15am until about 10am.

They will place directional signage along the way. Signs are placed Fri 9/12 and removed by EOD 9/13.

Please be courteous and plan ahead. Thank you!

GlenOaks HOA Board Meeting - 4/28/24

Planning Commission Meeting Update - Apartment Project / GlenOaks

We have been notified that the next planning commission meeting related to the apartment project (proposed to be constructed on the GlenOaks Golf Course) has been scheduled.

  • Who:  All GlenOaks Neighbors (Oldham AND Jefferson County) and all of our friends in the surrounding neighborhoods who oppose the apartment project.
  • What:  Public hearing to address the apartment project proposal.
  • Where:  Kentucky Country Day School (Theatre)
  • When:  Tuesday, June 4th @ 6pm

Bike to Beat Cancer Rides through GlenOaks and Moser Farms - Saturday, September 7, 11am-1pm
Please be aware that over 200 bicyclists will be traveling through our neighborhood at varying speeds this day and will have a pit stop at the Moser Farm Park/Pavilion (Moser Farm Road and Hensley Road). A medical tent, tables for food and beverages, and port-o-toilets will be set up on Friday, Sept. 6th and removed by Monday, Sept. 9th.
 
Attached is the map of the 15 mile route and the proposed set up for the Moser Park/Pavilion.
 
Please be vigilant and drive safely.

Annual Assessment Fee Due
Our annual assessment fees are mandatory. These funds provide the following services; maintenance of signature entrances, traffic islands and common areas, street lights, police patrol, snow removal, street cleaning, maintenance of the GlenOaks Lake located on Moser Farm Road, etc. There is an additional late fee of $100 if received after Feb. 1, 2025.
